Shipping policy

All of our products are made just for you through a print-on-demand partner. That means your order isn’t sitting in a warehouse somewhere — it gets created especially for you once you check out.

Here’s how it works:

• As soon as you place your order, it heads into production within 12 hours.

• Production + shipping times can vary a little depending on the product and where you’re located.

• Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey straight to your door.

If you realise you made a mistake right after checking out (wrong size, colour, or maybe just a change of heart), please email me as soon as possible. I can usually adjust or amend the order before it’s locked into production, so you’ll still end up with exactly what you want.
